Pragya is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Delhi university.

 

Her previous organisation include Ernst & Young LLP. Pragya has over 8 years of experience in the fields of Transfer Pricing, Statutory Audits and International Tax matters.

 

Over the past years, Pragya has provided transfer pricing services to leading multinationals across a range of industries such as Consumer durables, industrial goods, software and ITES, Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure, FMCG, and many more. She has been actively involved in providing litigation support, transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing planning and structuring services to a number of national and multi-national companies. She has extensive experience in advising clients on transfer pricing structuring, transfer pricing valuations  and implementation of global transfer pricing policy.

 

She has extensive experience in assisting multi-national companies resolve complex transfer pricing disputes at almost all appellate forums and has also assisted various multi-nationals in resolving disputes through the Mutual Agreement Procedure and APA proceedings.
