In December 2013 Mr. Agrawal joined MDG & Co. as a partner to share his insight knowledge and experience in the field of auditing, legal and regulatory practice of the firm.
He has extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership and working with Board of Directors, Banks and Attorneys.
He has a strong technical acumen in budgeting and business forecasts, business valuations, financing, audits, due diligence and secretarial compliances. He has an experience of over 15 years of working with companies in the automobile and telecom sectors as their Finance Head.
